Opening Bell: Nifty (Spot) support for the day exists at 5080-5040 and Resistance to the up-move is at around 5140-5180. Market eyes IIP, global cues; takes a breather. Safe traders stay away till clarity.

Nifty has strong resistance around 5180 and if that is broken only then can a rally be seen. However, we are advising traders to book profits at current levels and play for smaller gains. Global cues and IIP data later this week is likely to trigger the indices in either direction.
